B.Tech CSE Syllabus at ACE Jaipur — RTU Scheme, All 8 Semesters

The RTU B.Tech CSE Syllabus, Semester by Semester

Arya College of Engineering (ACE), Jaipur is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota, so the B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering syllabus, credits and end-term exams follow the RTU scheme. This page lists every subject, lab and elective for all eight semesters, taken directly from the official RTU scheme documents that ACE hosts on this website.

RTU publishes the scheme in parts: the first year is common to all branches and applies from session 2023-24 onwards; Semesters III–VI follow the CSE scheme for students admitted from session 2021-22 onwards; and Semesters VII–VIII follow the scheme for students admitted from 2020-21 onwards. RTU revises schemes from time to time, so always check the PDF that applies to your admission batch.

What ACE Adds Beyond the RTU Syllabus

Labs beyond the prescribed practicals

The CSE department runs labs that go beyond the RTU practical list, including an Operating System Simulation Lab, Linux and Network Programming Lab, FPGA Lab, Embedded System Lab, Advance Computer Network Lab and a Project / R&D Lab.

Certificate courses, workshops and seminars

Alongside the degree, students can take value-added certificate courses, and the department organises workshops and seminars through the year to keep pace with industry practice.

CSE-family specialisations

Students who want to go deeper in one area can look at ACE’s related programmes: AI & Data Science, CSE (Cyber Security) and Information Technology.

Placement outcomes

CSE graduates from ACE have been placed at Google, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, IBM, Capgemini, Adobe, Cisco, Tech Mahindra and Cognizant, with star packages up to ₹40 LPA and a historic ₹1 crore offer from Google Switzerland in 2017-18. See the placement record.

ACE is a NAAC A+ accredited, AICTE-approved college founded in 2005 and a constituent of Arya College. For admission routes and fees, see B.Tech admission, the REAP CSE cutoff guide and the 2026-27 fee structure.
